WINNEBAGO COUNTY SHERIFF DOUG JENSON AND DAVE PETERSON, A FORMER DEPUTY, ARE VYING FOR THE COVETED SHERIFF’S SEAT.
JENSON BEAT OUT PETERSON IN A VERY TIGHT RACE AND WAS ELECTED SHERIFF FOUR YEARS AGO. ACCORDING TO JENSON, HE HAS FULFILLED A LOT OVER THE PAST FOUR YEARS AND WILL CONTINUE TO STRIVE FORWARD IF ELECTED AGAIN.
