FC Speech Students Take Div 1 Ratings

The varsity and Junior Varsity speech individual teams from Forest City had their final contest of the season on March 9th at Starmont High School. Of the 36 entries the team brought home 28 division one ratings. Speech coach Scott Bertleson gives details:
